What you'll do
- Assist the regional head in supporting and supervising the daily work of the business development (BD) team.
- Stay familiar with the company's product systems and business line logic to provide informed support.
- Provide back-office support for the daily needs of BD staff and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).
- Organize and consolidate daily/weekly/monthly meeting minutes and data reports.
- Coordinate onboarding product training for new BD hires, and liaise with Operations on product feedback and requirements.
- Coordinate across departments to support all BD-related needs.
- Record, calculate, and reconcile BD-related expenses.
What you'll need
- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- Meticulous, reliable, with strong logical thinking.
- Strong interest in the blockchain industry.
- Open to Malaysian or Mainland Chinese nationals.
- Basic Excel skills, able to create pivot tables, apply filters, and use simple formulas.
