REGIONAL AFTERSALES MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to join our dynamic team at Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia Sdn Bhd. This full-time position is based in Kuala Lumpur and will play a crucial role in overseeing the aftersales operations across multiple regions.

What you'll be doing

• Increase Parts Turnover & management of Dealer Parts Activities
• After Sales Planning and Management
• Support to improve Customer Experience Management (CEM)
• Non-Technical Dealer Qualification Management
• Dealer Service Management
• Continuous Improvement of Operational Support Systems
• Support on Implementation of Aftersales Marketing & Programs
• Management of Dealer Parts Activities
• Develop & support new business to increase revenue
• Process Implementation and monitoring
• Manage Dealer Work in Progress (WIP)
• Manage Service System and Tools & Equipment Implementation
• Dealer visit, audit and Assessment
• Dealer Coaching and Guidance
• Other Duties as Directed by the Director of After Sales & VPCM MD's

The position calls for a strong leader who can steer and support the entire Aftersales Service Process at the Dealership.

What are the requirements

• Degree in business management / technical or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years or work and at least 5 years in the automotive industry.
• Take responsibility/ownership, performance driven, team player.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in Microsoft Office, possess initiative and sense of urgency, positive mind-set and open minded.
