Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Regional Manager based in Petaling Jaya. The Regional Manager will be responsible for coordinating with dealerships, managing operations, monitoring Aftersales performance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Tasks include conducting audits, supporting marketing initiatives, implementing operational strategies, and generating reports to assess performance metrics and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills relevant to field operations and performance management
- Proficiency in communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills for effective dealership engagement
- Familiarity with aftersales strategies, market research, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Technical acumen to use business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting systems effectively
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while operating in a dynamic environment
- Experience in the automotive industry or a related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the assigned operational zones as required
