Role Purpose

Coordinate daily brand.com operations and CRM execution by managing external agencies and country teams to ensure sales targets, brand standards, and loyalty KPIs are met for Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia as regional lead.

Job description:

1. Brand.com Operations & Performance Coordination

  • Agency Supervision: Oversee daily/weekly performance of E-commerce Enablers and Paid Media agencies. Track full-funnel metrics and ensure budgets are spent efficiently to hit ROI targets.
  • Site Maintenance & Execution: development and optimization brand.com, including merchandising, inventory management, promotion setups, campaign page set ups, products listing. Monitor the user journey to identify and fix friction points.
  • Digital Marketing: Supervised daily performance of paid social (Meta, TikTok), search (Google Ads) and affiliate &SEM managed by agencies, ensuring alignment with monthly ROAS and CAC targets.
  • Order & Service Liaison: work with local country teams and enablers to supervise order fulfilment, shipping, and customer service resolution.

2. CRM & Loyalty Execution

  • Member Program Management: in charge of the loyalty program, including membership tier updates, benefit distribution, and member experience.
  • Email & Direct Marketing: Execute regional email/SMS marketing campaigns to drive repeat purchases and retention.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in E-commerce or Digital Marketing.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks across different countries (SEA) without compromising on quality.
  • Passion for or background of outdoor, sports, or fashion is a strong plus.
  • High proficiency in English; Mandarin ability is a plus.
