Regional Business Development (Esport/Agency)

Job Descriptions:

1. Building sales proposals: including but not limited to the sponsorship plan, prospect lists, and unique pitch components, strategies, and draft activation plans.
2. Produce all prospecting documents, including presentations, proposals, and agency templates for distribution.
3. Research prospects to discover narratives, brand objectives, KPIs, and personality traits of prospects
4. Assist in prospect pipeline management, reporting, and data input of a CRM system.
5. Keep leadership apprised and updated on all key issues and relevant data associated with pre-sales efforts
6. Visiting industry events to spark new ideas for partnerships and connect with prospects.
7. Proactively sourcing and selecting new partners across all countries.
8. Preparation of all wrap-up reports to include context/commentary around the general success or failure of outreach waves and activations.
9. Research and develop a list of potential sponsors, exhibitors for Mineskis portfolio of events and products.
10. Evangelize esports and Mineski to brands and agencies.
