To drive profitable revenue growth in Project Logistics by winning and developing strategic customers across APAC.
To design and sell feasible endtoend Project Logistics solutions in close collaboration with operations and country sales teams.
To expand the company's regional market presence in target sectors (e.g. energy, infrastructure, industrial projects) and build longterm customer relationships.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
Proactively identify, qualify, win new project logistics business with EPCs, Oil & Gas, Renewable, Heavy Industry customers in APAC
Manage the full commercial cycle from opportunity identification, solution design with operations/engineering, pricing, tender and RFQ/RFP responses, contract negotiation through to successful implementation
Ensure deals meet P&L expectations, payment terms, and internal governance; support credit control and dispute resolution where needed
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers, acting as primary commercial contact for assigned book of business
Coordinate closely with Project Logistics operations, Engineering, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), Finance, and Legal to ensure solutions are executable, profitable, and compliant
Maintain a strong pipeline and CRM data; prepare regular forecasts and reports on revenue, NR, hit rates, and activity
Develop compelling value propositions and negotiate at senior decisionmaker level
Perform other duties as assigned
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
Minimum tertiary qualification in Logistics & Supply Chain, Business or related. Postgraduate qualification (MBA, CPM, etc.) is desirable.
10+ years in Project Logistics winning and delivering industrial projects across several countries
Leading Business Development across multiple markets and handling complex RFQ/ RFPs with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPCs), Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEMs)
Demonstrated experience leading or managing a team.
Risk and cost awareness: Understanding where cost and risk sit in the project chain (ports, permits, handling, storage) and how to trade those off in a proposal
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills across customer and internal stakeholder groups
Stakeholder engagement in cross-cultural or multinational commercial environments.
Deep exposure to one or more core project verticals (renewables, EPC, Infrastructure..)
Formal Project Management experience is advantageous
Regional market and competitor insight is beneficial
