Job Description

1. Drive Business Growth

- Lead and manage the commercial growth of digital services, including O2O vouchers, ensuring profitability and sustainable development.

- Analyze customer needs and market trends to develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives that align with business objectives.

- Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies to ensure continuous growth.

- Identify assortment gaps and build a robust pipeline for onboarding high-potential sellers to address these gaps.

2. Seller Management

- Foster strong relationships with key sellers by providing strategic guidance and support to help them grow their sales on Lazada.

- Identify and onboard new sellers with high growth potential to expand the platform's offerings.

- Educate and persuade sellers to participate in campaigns, leverage marketing solutions, and expand their product assortment for better performance.

3. Campaign Management

- Plan and execute operational initiatives to drive traffic, enhance customer engagement, and boost conversions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, propose, and implement innovative campaigns that align with business objectives.

- Effectively coordinate resources across departments to deliver impactful campaigns and meet key business goals.

4. Analytics and Data Monitoring

- Leverage data analytics to make informed, data-driven decisions that optimize operations and improve efficiency.

- Conduct in-depth market research to gather qualitative and quantitative insights, generating actionable business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

- Regularly track and analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, ensuring proactive decision-making.

Job Requirements:

- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and resolve issues efficiently; proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred.

- Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to interpret data, derive actionable insights, and propose data-driven solutions.

- Demonstrated success in managing responsibilities within fast-paced, high-growth environments.

- Prior experience in e-commerce digital goods operations is highly desirable; candidates with backgrounds in tech platforms or digital marketing are also welcome.

- Flexibility to travel occasionally for business needs.
