- Monthly compensation: RM 10,000 - 18,000, depending on years of experience

Ulink is looking for an experienced manager to lead the BD and marketing teams with responsibility over 2 main functions:
1) Business development:
- Sourcing, engaging and contracting new clients, providers, partners and intermediaries in Singapore, Malaysiaand globally
- Maintaining the company's B2B client pipeline
- Manage the 4-person regional BD team
- Building and maintaining the company's global medical provider network
- Writing effective business plans, proposals, quotations and contracts for client acquisition
- Devising and executing the company's growth strategies in Singapore and overseas markets
- Researching new product opportunities and launching new services
- Designing workflows to onboard new clients
- Raising capital (investors and government grants)
2) Marketing:
- Creating and devising strategies to achieve key growth targets
- Managing the company's marketing activities: website (SEO, SEM), digital marketing (Google, Meta, EDM, etc.) and offline (brochures, exhibitions, etc.)
- Design and copywriting of marketing collaterals, using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator Monthly bulletins to engage B2B partners
- Ad-hoc project management; event planning and execution
- Handling incoming/outgoing communications from clients and/or patients and identifying the request (medical assistance, coverage of medical expenses, medical evacuation, etc.)
Job requirements:
- Must have established relationships and track record of B2B client acquisition targeting insurance, TPA, assistance or EMB clients
- >7 years of relevant working experience
- Strong ability to work and learn independently while managing projects with multiple work streams
- Be resourceful, with the initiative to spearhead entrepreneurial projects in a small, growing company
