Job Description

Position Summary:

The Regional Business Development Manager – IAM & Accessories is responsible for developing and expanding the Eurorepar branded parts, accessories and Independent Aftermarket business across ASEAN markets.

This role will focus on business growth, supplier development, product portfolio expansion, distributor and key account management, pricing, margin improvement and regional stakeholder coordination. The position will work closely with ASEAN markets, Europe, Shanghai, China sourcing teams, distributors, suppliers and internal cross-functional teams to build a competitive and sustainable IAM and accessories business.

Key Responsibilities

1. IAM & Accessories Business Development

  • Develop and execute the Eurorepar and accessories business strategy for ASEAN markets.
  • Identify market opportunities and build product, catalogue and sales channel development plans.
  • Support the development of ASEAN sales portal requirements and product visibility.
  • Drive revenue growth, margin improvement and market penetration within the IAM channel.
  • Prepare annual business plans, sales targets and KPI tracking frameworks.

2. Supplier Development and Management

  • Work with sourcing teams in China, Europe and ASEAN to identify, qualify and onboard new suppliers.
  • Ensure suppliers meet Eurorepar and Stellantis standards on quality, cost, delivery and compliance.
  • Negotiate and manage pricing, minimum order quantity, lead time and commercial terms.
  • Monitor supplier performance and support regular performance reviews.
  • Ensure competitive cost structure, reliable supply and stable product availability for ASEAN markets.

3. Distributor and Key Account Management

  • Manage key IAM distributors, business partners and regional accounts across ASEAN.
  • Build long-term business partnerships with distributors and strategic customers.
  • Lead commercial discussions including pricing, incentives, volume targets and growth plans.
  • Monitor sell-out performance, channel performance and market penetration.
  • Support distributors on product launches, catalogue updates and sales activation plans.

4. Regional Stakeholder Coordination

  • Act as the main liaison between ASEAN markets, Europe, Shanghai, China sourcing teams and other global stakeholders.
  • Align product roadmap, sourcing strategy, pricing, e-commerce and go-to-market plans with regional IAM objectives.
  • Coordinate with logistics, finance, quality and supply chain teams to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Support importers and distributors on pricing structure, product availability and launch readiness.

5. Commercial and Performance Management

  • Monitor revenue, gross commercial rate, margin and profitability by market.
  • Manage sales forecast, inventory planning and business performance tracking.
  • Identify business risks including pricing gaps, supplier dependency, stock issues and regulatory concerns.
  • Prepare management reports, business reviews and action plans.
  • Track progress against business targets and support corrective actions where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Automotive or related field.
  • Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in automotive parts, independent aftermarket, accessories, supplier development or aftermarket business development.
  • Experience in IAM, parts distribution, accessory business or automotive aftermarket channel is strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing suppliers or business partners in China will be an advantage.
  • Good understanding of ASEAN automotive aftermarket structure.
  • Strong commercial negotiation, pricing and cost analysis skills.
  • Experience in distributor management, key account management or regional business development.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with sales, logistics, finance, quality, supply chain and regional teams.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Mandarin proficiency will be an added advantage.
  • Willing to travel across ASEAN and other regions when required.
