Purpose of the Role
The Business Group Transformation Manager supports the President BG Asia in accelerating sustainable profitable growth by translating strategy into clear plans and driving execution across markets and functions. The role leads BG Asia's digital transformation agenda-shaping the long-term digital vision and integrating initiatives such as commercial digitization, Optimus, and GBDS and accelerating the power of AI -positioning the region as a digital-first example within RFC and versus competitors.
As PMO for the BG President and ALT, the role ensures effective leadership rhythms, cross-functional alignment, and smooth delivery of regional priorities while enabling change management together with Communications and Public Affairs. With close exposure to senior leaders across opcos and global functions, the position provides a unique platform to understand strategy execution at scale and serves as a strong pipeline role for future Managing Director or Commercial leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities
. Partner with President BG Asia and ALT (especially commerce, IT and MD's) on strategic priorities and decision-making.
. Lead regional business and digital transformation programs from design to execution.
. Coordinate ALT meetings, PMO processes, and cross-functional change management.
. Drive initiatives in revenue growth, sales transformation, margin improvement, SC efficiency, and SG&A, prioritized by urgency and opportunity to develop.
. Facilitate alignment across markets and functions manage multi-country, cross-functional teams.
. Track KPIs and performance delivery, ensuring timely execution.
. Provide insights, recommendations, and capability-building support.

Experience & Qualifications
. 10+ years relevant business experience MBA preferred.
