Job Responsibilities:
- Accelerate APAC business growth by assessing, coaching, and developing existing sales channels.
- Identify and recruit new channel partners in underrepresented or low-coverage territories.
- Develop and manage the annual budget, including preparation of a comprehensive operating plan for assigned regions.
- Lead the regional applications and support team, collaborating with internal operating companies to effectively support distributors and customers.
- Expand the regional sales pipeline in partnership with distribution channels, focusing on strategic growth areas and priority products.
- Provide weekly sales forecasts to operating companies to support production planning and resource allocation.
- Ensure sales process compliance by mentoring sales teams and distributors to execute strategies effectively and implement innovative solutions at the deal level.
- Partner with central marketing to design and execute marketing and communication plans that enhance brand awareness, promote products and services, and generate qualified leads.
- Collaborate closely with product specialists to gather market insights and technical intelligence to support new product development and continuous product improvement.
- Prepare and deliver timely and accurate business performance reports to management.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by leadership to support the achievement of revenue objectives.
- Maintain close collaboration with internal teams in Europe and the US across multiple time zones.
- Perform other duties as required to support business operations and growth objectives
Job Requirements:
- Over 5 - 10 years of experience in channel management.
- Experience in similar roles within the APAC region, particularly in Southeast Asia.
- Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in B2B technical or analytical instruments or devices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently.
- Strong relationship management skills with a receptive and growth-oriented mindset toward feedback.
- Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Willingness to travel across the region when required
