Role Description
As part of its continued regional expansion and commercial growth strategy, the organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial / Sales Leader to strengthen its market position and lead commercial development across key regional markets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and execute regional commercial strategy across Asia and selected Middle East markets.
- Strengthen and expand distributor networks while improving market coverage and channel effectiveness.
- Drive sustainable revenue growth while maintaining strong pricing and margin discipline.
- Develop strategic relationships with distributors, OEM customers and key industrial accounts.
- Work closely with product management, engineering and operations teams to ensure strong productmarket alignment.
- Build and develop a high-performing regional commercial organization
- Contribute to strategic planning and broader organizational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
- 15 years experience in industrial B2B sectors such as precision engineering, cutting tools, industrial equipment, automation or advanced manufacturing.
- Proven commercial leadership experience within industrial tooling, cutting tools, precision engineering, or metalworking industries.
- Strong track record in regional sales growth, distributor management, and strategic account development.
- Experience working with international markets and industrial manufacturing customers.
- Strategic thinker with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
