We're seeking a senior commercial leader to own and grow AB Vista's North Asia and Australia New Zealand market. The NA & ANZ Commercial Director is a senior leadership role with accountability for overall commercial performance, strategic growth, and long‑term market development across North Asia, Australia New Zealand, and South Asia. The role holds full regional commercial P&L accountability and is responsible for translating global strategy into high‑impact regional execution.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive sustainable revenue, margin, and market share growth.
• Hold full accountability for regional Net Sales, Gross Contribution Margin, and commercial costs.
• Build deep customer and market insight across priority countries.
• Lead and develop a high‑performing, multi‑country sales organisation.
• Drive strong collaboration across commercial, technical, marketing, and operational teams.
• Act as a senior ambassador for AB Vista across the region.
