About the Role

We are looking for a hands-oncorporate branding expertsto help our commercial teams win more business, faster.

In this regional role, you will design practical sales enablement tools, run targeted B2B marketing programs, and turn market insights into scalable solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Medical/Editorial, and Operations teams across multiple markets to strengthen our commercial capability and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

A) Commercial Enablement

  • Identify gaps in sales processes and tools across markets.
  • Develop practical playbooks, templates, and training programs.
  • Run enablement workshops and track adoption across teams.

B) Marketing Programs

  • Plan and execute targeted B2B campaigns, webinars, and events with SMEs and KOLs.
  • Develop case studies and thought leadership content.
  • Support digital distribution across web, social, and email channels.

C) Solution Development & Go-To-Market

  • Translate client and market needs into clear service offerings.
  • Work with SMEs and internal teams to define scope, outcomes, and pricing guardrails.
  • Create simple go-to-market materials (one-pagers, messaging, sales presentations).

D) Content & Knowledge Management

  • Manage and maintain the regional content hub.
  • Ensure assets are current, organized, and easy for sales teams to use.
  • Track usage and improve materials based on feedback.

E) Sales Onboarding

  • Deliver the Sales Starter Toolkit and onboarding curriculum for new hires.
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure new team members are productive within 6090 days.

F) Regional Program Coordination

  • Support multi-market program rollouts across Sales, Marketing, Medical/Editorial, Operations, and external partners.
  • Adapt programs to local market needs, language, and regulatory requirements.

G) Performance Tracking

  • Monitor key metrics such as adoption rates, campaign engagement, and pipeline impact.
  • Share insights and continuously improve programs.

Job Requirements

  • 58+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or commercial capability roles.
  • Experience in agency, services, healthcare, MedComms, or health-tech environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience working across regional or multi-country markets.
  • Proven ability to deliver enablement programs, campaigns, webinars, or thought leadership initiatives.
  • Experience translating market insight into service offerings or solutions.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency in PowerPoint and Word (Power BI is a plus).
  • Excellent command of English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
