Job Description

Job Description:

  • Drive high-impact strategic projects that contribute to the growth of Cross Border business units across all Shopee markets in a KPI-driven approach, including but not restricted to Local Fulfilment, Assortment Planning, and International Growth
  • Support day-to-day strategic planning of key initiatives and ensure adherence to standardised processes, policies, and timeliness across markets
  • Support and own engagements and cadences with Shopee senior management for top-of-mind topics
  • Support KPI reporting of key projects to Shopee senior management
  • Identify and resolve complex issues which impact Shopee's short-term and long-term direction
  • Contribute ideas to improve the business, leveraging stakeholder feedback and buyer and seller sentiments

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience, ideally in e-commerce or strategy consulting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or Information Systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills ability to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable with data and basic reporting ability to analyse information and present findings clearly
