You'll be working for a market-leader within the CRM industry who is looking for a Regional Business Development Director to be based in Klang Valley. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.
Your new role
You will be reporting to the CEO. Your responsibilities will consist of the following:
Business Expansion & Market Leadership
- Spearhead regional CRM distribution in ASEAN, transitioning from reseller to distributor
- Lead branding initiatives, leveraging existing major clients for market credibility
- Set up and structure the business unit as needed
Enterprise Sales & Strategic Partnerships
- Drive B2B business consultancy selling, targeting C-suite executives directly
- Open new leads, establish strong business relationships, and navigate enterprise-level deals
- Manage reseller partnerships, ensuring smooth distribution across ASEAN
Business Acumen & CRM Industry Expertise
- Understand complex business situations and deliver tailored CRM solutions
- Recognize and adapt to the highly segmented CRM market
- Capitalize on capabilities to integrate and customize solutions
Team Management & Growth Strategy
- Oversee the sales team, addressing gaps in experience and reliance on referrals
- Recruit senior-level sales personnel and enhance lead generation strategies
- Lead expansion efforts for new clients in Indonesia and beyond
What You'll Need To Succeed
- Need for a strategic thinker who understands business beyond simple product pitches.
- Must sell top-down, directly engaging with decision-makers at the highest level
- Requires Mandarin proficiency.
- Must build trust-based relationships within the channel partners across the region.
- Proven track record in sales with Enterprise level clientele along with larger SME's preferrably through SAAS or CRM solutions.
