Job Description

Job Purpose

Regional Digital Media Specialist, ESAP, reporting to the Regional Digital Marketing Senior Manager, will contribute to Club Med's efforts in Asia to centralize the management and optimization of our online media investments across ESAP. A strong strategic understanding of performance and branding media and passion for all things digital will be key in this role, as s/he works with media buyers, marketing communication specialists and marketing managers to connect consumers to our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with regional media agency to craft media strategy and plans, and ensure optimized results for all markets aligned with markets business needs through regular analysis and debate
  • Work with regional marketing communication specialists to produce and optimize digital paid media assets for regional campaigns
  • Elevate the quality and efficiency of digital paid media asset creations for all markets through regional tools, expertise and governance
  • Contribute to regular calls and meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Design and roll out digital media roadmaps, frameworks and workflows with in-market online managers, as well as regional media and creative agencies
  • Manage regional media agency and its relationship with internal stakeholders
  • Manage and support the deployment of new tech stack, platforms, partners and features owned by global or regional
  • Drive negotiations with tech / media companies on a regional scale
  • Manage and support the deployment and maintenance of data prep and dataviz tools owned by global or regional
  • Manage the maintenance of product listings owned by global Online Media or regional e.g. Meta Catalog, TripAdvisor, Google Business
  • Promote and facilitate the adoption of paid media buying in other streams e.g. Social, M&E

Your Skills And Qualifications

  • 7-9 years experience in digital media either at a media agency or an in-house media planning team
  • Be a storyteller at heart, and a data-driven decision maker by practice
  • Be passionate in delivering consumer-centric brand and promotional communications
  • Possess hands-on experience operating search engine and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Be experienced in crafting and interpreting digital marketing data
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan and think in with an experimental mindset
  • [Good to have] Have experience in working across different markets in Asia Pacific
  • [Good to have] Have hands-on experience operating programmatic and paid social campaigns
  • You should also be: organized, able to operate in ambiguity, a creative problem solver, able to travel for work
