Regional Digital Services Manager

Job Summary

This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in advancing the digital presence and marketing efforts of the organization. This role will manage a small team of digital marketing members under a regional hub framework, and is required to have strong technical proficiency, project and people management skills

Responsibilities:

Digital Campaign Management:

  • Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns utilizing the marketing automation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pardot or Hubspot.
  • Develop strategies for effective online engagement and lead generation.
  • Manage dashboard development and analytics to monitor and report on campaign results.

E-Commerce Management:

  • Drive and optimize the organization's e-commerce initiatives ad collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online purchasing journey.

Technical Proficiency:

  • Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML and coding languages
  • Lead in adoption of new digital marketing strategies.

Agency Management:

  • Collaborate with external agencies, providing clear directives and ensuring the delivery of high quality work.
  • Manage relationships with agencies to meet project deadlines and campaign objectives.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders at various levels.
  • Ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with broader brand and communication goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in web management.
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing campaign management.
  • Excellent project management skills to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Technical acumen with a solid understanding of HTML and coding languages.
  • Experience in managing digital marketing team, external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
