To grow the Bank's Enterprise Banking business (both lending and deposit) with an aim to increase market share of assigned region.
To manage the achievement of regional volume, P&L and overall revenue targets, including fee income.
To create regional market awareness and develop activities for the overall customer satisfaction needs, bank's franchise growth and Enterprise Banking community engagement.
To work closely with Consumer/Wholesale Banking in identifying opportunities for cross-selling customer need fulfillment.
To manage regional loan portfolio quality in ensuring minimal credit losses per targets set.
To manage and coach a team of BCMs for competency, skillset development and succession planning.
To identify skill gap and provide action plan to develop, attract and retain talented staff.
Requirements:
Ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or any equivalent background.
Adept in general economic and accounting understanding with a strong credit knowledge.
Strong customer service experience with specific focus on relationship management.
Minimum 7-years of general managerial experiences with solid knowledge of banking operations, services and product offerings with at least 5-years of sales and team management experience that portrays such abilities at regional level.
