Job Description

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional E-Commerce Manager to oversee and drive our online sales performance. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the e-commerce business, including strategic planning, platform operations, digital marketing coordination, merchandising, customer experience, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement regional e-commerce strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify market trends and expansion opportunities across key platforms and markets.
  • Responsible for driving e-commerce revenue growth.

Platform & Channel Management

  • Oversee the performance and daily operation of all e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
  • Optimize product listings, pricing, and promotions to drive traffic and conversion.

Team & Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Lead and coordinate with country-specific e-commerce teams and external partners.
  • Work closely with marketing, logistics, customer service, and product teams to ensure a seamless online customer experience.

Digital Marketing Integration

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to drive paid campaigns, SEO/SEM, and social commerce strategies.
  • Analyze customer journey and conversion funnels to improve ROI.

Data & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor KPIs and generate regular sales and performance reports.
  • Use data-driven insights to improve customer acquisition, retention, and sales growth.

Budget Management

  • Manage e-commerce budgets and P&L for the region.
  • Forecast sales and allocate spending for marketing and platform-related costs.

Any other task assigned by management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or related field.
  • Minimum 57 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-country role.
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and etc.) and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage cross-functional teams across different time zones and cultures.
  • Fluent in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
