ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the Company is to bring the transcendent sports spirit into everyone's life. ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, MAIA ACTIVE and JACK WOLFSKIN, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. Responsibilities:
- Lead and champion the Salomon brands, driving product and business development with key accounts and e-commerce partners across Southeast Asia (SEA).
- Develop and execute short- and long-term e-commerce strategies for both brand.com and marketplace channels.
- Own and achieve monthly sell-in and sell-out targets across all e-commerce accounts.
- Drive business expansion by launching new brand.com sites and marketplace platforms across SEA.
- Manage and optimize brand digital storefronts across all online platforms, ensuring consistency with global brand direction and visual identity.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with e-commerce, merchandising, finance, operations, and global stakeholders to deliver commercial excellence.
- Serve as a market expert, maintaining a deep understanding of competitors, customers, and platform dynamics within the region.
- Work closely with global and China headquarters, as well as local SEA teams, on assortment planning, pricing, inventory, and channel segmentation strategies.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Digital Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce or marketplace accounts, prior experience in managing a team is advantageous.
- Prior experience handling apparel or shoes category is a plus.
- Strong understanding of marketplace platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working independently and taking ownership of e-commerce and marketplace growth.
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred to liaise with counterparts in China headquarters and SEA markets.
