As part of our regional growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced sales hunter to drive new logo acquisition and market expansion across key Southeast Asian markets.
The Opportunity
This is an individual contributor role focused on enterprise new business acquisition across Southeast Asia.
We are looking for a commercially driven sales hunter who enjoys opening doors, building executive relationships, and winning new logos. This is not a people management role and does not carry responsibility for managing sales teams or SDR functions.
You will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and market development through opportunity qualification, solution positioning, commercial negotiations, and contract closure. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to generate pipeline, secure new client relationships, and deliver new revenue growth.
Working closely with solution, delivery, and leadership teams, you will position Daythree's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Customer Experience (CX), Digital Transformation, and AI capabilities to senior decision-makers across priority industries.
This role is ideal for a proven enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of securing new logos, developing strategic client relationships, and consistently achieving revenue targets within complex B2B sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new logo acquisition across Southeast Asia markets.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, business leaders, and transformation stakeholders.
- Develop and execute territory and account penetration strategies to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting through proposal development, commercial negotiations, and contract closure.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with clear forecasting and revenue accountability.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, workshops, and business discussions both virtually and in person.
- Collaborate with solution, delivery, and leadership teams to develop compelling client solutions and value propositions.
- Represent Daythree at industry events, networking engagements, and strategic partner activities.
- Maintain market intelligence on industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or new business acquisition.
- Proven track record of consistently winning new business and securing enterprise accounts.
- Experience selling BPO, CX, Technology, SaaS, Digital Transformation, IT Services, Consulting, or related solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
- Comfortable engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build pipeline independently through networking, referrals, prospecting, and market development.
- Experience covering multiple Southeast Asian markets is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
