Lead and drive regional Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) strategies and initiatives across manufacturing operations in Asia.
Ensure compliance with SHE regulations, internal standards, and corporate governance requirements across all sites.
Develop and implement SHE frameworks, policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Conduct audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action follow-ups to strengthen SHE performance.
Support factories in building a proactive safety culture and improving operational SHE maturity.
Work closely with site leadership teams and regional stakeholders to drive SHE engagement and accountability.
Coach and develop site SHE teams to strengthen technical competency and operational effectiveness.
Monitor SHE performance through reporting, scorecards, dashboards, and KPI analysis.
Lead cross-functional SHE projects and support operational excellence initiatives.
Support business continuity, risk mitigation, and sustainability objectives through effective SHE management.
Travel regularly across regional manufacturing facilities to support site operations and SHE initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Safety, Health & Environment management within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Regional or international SHE exposure within Asia is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of SHE regulations, standards, and management systems.
Professional SHE certifications such as ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 Lead Auditor are an advantage.
Experience working in multinational and matrix organizations.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
