Lead and coordinate EPCC tender preparation for Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand opportunities — including technical specifications, commercial pricing, subcontractor nominations, and compliance schedules
Manage tender timelines and submission milestones for all assigned SEA markets
Coordinate with the Regional SEA Development team to incorporate in-country subcontractor inputs, local authority requirements, and market-specific conditions into tender documents
Track active tenders in each market and provide regular status updates to the Project Manager
Travel regularly to Philippines, Indonesia, and Thailand to attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and authority briefings
Liaise with in-country leads and local partners to gather market intelligence relevant to bid positioning
Manage relationships with nominated local subcontractors and suppliers during the tender phase
Develop and maintain project cost models for SEA EPCC tenders — incorporating local labour, material, and logistics costs
Review tender documents and identify commercial risks, clarification requirements, and win themes for each bid
Support the preparation of internal investment approval submissions for SEA EPCC bids
Submit weekly updates on SEA tender pipeline status, risks, and upcoming milestones
Contribute to the monthly project pipeline report shared with senior leadership
Requirements
2-4 years in utility solar EPCC development, project management, or commercial tendering
Experience working across SEA markets is a strong advantage
