Job Responsibilities
- Track financial performance of assets, including revenue, costs, and cash flow
- Analyse results against financial models and highlight variances
- Prepare periodic performance reports for management (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Support budgeting, modelling, and long-term cash flow forecasting
- Manage debt servicing, reserve accounts, and financing obligations
- Ensure compliance with PPAs, permits, regulations, and contracts
- Monitor energy generation data and revenue settlements with utilities/off-takers
- Verify billing accuracy, tariff application, and payment reconciliation
- Maintain financial records, compliance registers, and project documentation
- Work with O&M and technical teams to assess operational and financial outcomes
- Assist with audits, regulatory reviews, and internal compliance processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- 25 years experience in project finance, renewable energy, infrastructure, or asset management
- Knowledge of financial modelling and project finance structures preferred
- Familiarity with renewable energy projects, PPAs, or energy settlement processes advantageous
- Strong financial analysis and modelling expertise
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting proficiency
- Understanding of project finance and asset management principles
