Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Finance Manager to act as the financial anchor for our complex regional operations, including Malaysia, Singapore, and other key Asian markets. You will ensure robust project costing, accurate cashflow forecasting, and comprehensive treasury management for utility-scale EPC projects, upholding the highest standards of financial governance and transparency.

Job Responsibilities

• Project Costing: Develop detailed project budgets, track actual costs against budget, and implement cost control measures for large-scale solar installations.

• Cashflow & Treasury: Prepare rolling cashflow forecasts across multiple concurrent projects and manage project-level treasury operations, including bank liaison and fund allocation.

• Financial Reporting: Produce accurate monthly financial reports, project P&Ls, and cashflow dashboards, ensuring compliance with all local statutory and tax requirements.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Project Managers, Procurement, and Engineering teams to align financial strategy with project execution.

• Risk Management: Provide critical financial insights to support contract negotiations and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is strongly preferred).

• Experience: 58 years of progressive finance experience, ideally within the construction, infrastructure, or EPC sectors, with a strong preference for experience in renewable energy.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of project costing, WIP accounting, and project-based cashflow modeling. Proficiency in major accounting/ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365).

• Expertise: Proven experience managing treasury operations and working capital within a complex, project-based environment.

• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, organizational, and cross-cultural communication skills necessary for a regional role.
