ANTA was established in 1991, while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes: 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). Responsibilities:
- Work closely with HQ to come up with Malaysia store layout fitting into local needs on one hand, and deliver principal's store image and standard on the other hand
- Represent Malaysia office to provide country insights to HQ when reviewing store layout drawn
- Accountable for sourcing and tendering local store renovation projects, ensuring stores are set up according to company's standard in the least expensive way
- Prepare Bill of Quantities according to budget for management approval.
- Prepare and gather necessary approval documentations according to store opening and renovation process flow
- Maintains and monitors project schedules, project progress, coordination and resolving issues.
- Liaise with landlords and manage contractors at the same time for local projects so to deliver shop launch on time (process from obtaining store layout information from landlord till store inspection completed)
- Involve and provide support to business partner in their store development project in accordance to company's standard, including but not limited to store layout generations, liaising with landlords fitout & appointed contractor.
- Order fixtures and props from HQ E3 system, complete needful files before shipping, and make sure shipments are delivered on time.
- Work with HQ to assess local fixture production feasibilities for cost effectiveness and early delivery purposes
- Work with HQ and local respective local stakeholders included landlords, business partners and contractors shortening shop launch lead time
- Responsible for renovation works inspection, lot preparation and fit-out issues.
- Manage fit-out administrative works like purchase order, tracking and so on.
- Involve and resolve stores wear & tear maintenance.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Civil / Structural / Construction / Building Management or any other relevant specialized field. Any additional professional license is an added advantage.
- Candidate must come with at least 3 years experiences in construction fit-out / renovations or related industry. Candidate with Project Lead experience will be having an added advantage.
- Candidate must be able to communicate in both English & Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage
- Able to work with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership, result-driven and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel across project sites, flexible with time and willing to render overtime work.
