-Partner with the Japan HQ to manage and strengthen relationships with existing franchise partners across the region.
.Initial focus include Indonesia/Philippines/ UAE
.Future expansion into Vietnam, Thailand, and other markets.
-Provide operational & business support to franchise partners to drive performance improvement and business growth.
-Serve as a strategic advisor to franchise owners by providing operational consulting, problem-solving support, and solution proposals.
-Lead contract negotiations and onboarding processes with new franchise partners and effectively manage contractual risks.
-Collaborate cross-functionally with the Japan HQ, legal team, external counsels, and other business partners throughout contract execution.
MUST TO HAVE:
-Experience in franchise business management, B2B business development, consulting or B2B sales.
-Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a multicultural and cross-border business environment.
-Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese
-Experience in working in a fast-paced international environment.
-Strong communication & problem-solving ability to facilitate the communication with business owners
