Job Description:

  • Demonstrate a proactive and practical mindset, actively engaging in warehouse operations to identify, suggest, and execute enhancements that optimise workflow efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement initiatives to optimise warehouse processes, improve efficiency, and drive cost savings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to come up with required warehouse management system functionalities to support warehouse operations and new business expansion
  • Coordinate and communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
  • Design initiatives, track timelines, and assess impacts. Resolve issues effectively to ensure the successful execution of projects

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations / Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or relevant disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience in warehouse operations / management, particularly in e-Commerce
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse complex data sets and draw actionable insights
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards in operational processes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Display a readiness to actively engage in ground operations, collaborating closely with the team to implement improvements and openness to travel
