Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in FMCG in Commercial, Sales, Business Development or Key Accounts
- Proven track record in strategic thinking, market planning, and business development.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities across diverse markets.
- Financial acumen with P&L and budget management experience.
- Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, and customer relationship management.
