A fast-growing regional group in the consumer goods / manufacturing / trading services sector, with operations spanning multiple countries across Asia. Backed by strong financial performance and solid investor confidence, the Group is now entering its next phase of expansion, focusing on new market entries, digital transformation, and strengthening the regional presence. This role is key in ensuring the finance function scales effectively to support sustainable growth.
You&aposll be working alongside Regional Finance team and reporting to Group CFO in:
- Standardizing financial processes and controls across countries to drive efficiency and transparency.
- Managing intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, FX exposure, and consolidation adjustments.
- Monitoring working capital, cash flow, and treasury requirements across the region.
- Supporting ERP/financial systems implementation and continuous improvements.
- Partnering with regional and country leadership to provide financial insights that drive decision-making.
- Conducting variance analysis, identifying risks, and recommending corrective actions.
- Supporting strategic projects such as M&A integration, restructuring, or new market entries.
- Providing financial modelling and analysis to evaluate investments and expansion opportunities.
- Strengthening internal controls and ensuring adherence to group risk management frameworks.
- Promoting a culture of compliance, transparency, and accountability within finance teams.
- Implementing regional policies that align with group-wide governance standards.
- Leading and mentoring finance teams across different countries, building strong regional capabilities.
- Driving continuous improvement, automation, and adoption of best practices.
- Acting as a key liaison between Group Finance and country finance teams, ensuring alignment.
