Key Responsibilities
1) Regional Business Partnering
- Act as the primary finance partner to regional Operations leadership
- Drive financial performance across multiple manufacturing sites and markets
- Support decision-making through clear, actionable financial insights
2) Financial Planning & Performance Management
- Own regional month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting cycles
- Deliver timely and insightful performance analysis (P&L, margin, KPIs)
- Translate financial data into operational actions and improvement opportunities
3) Manufacturing & Operational Finance
- Oversee product costing, standard costing, and variance analysis
- Manage inventory accounting, working capital, and efficiency optimization
- Support CAPEX planning, evaluation, and governance across sites
- Partner with plant and supply chain teams to improve cost efficiency and productivity
4) Commercial & Operational Support
- Work closely with operations, procurement, and supply chain teams
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and margin improvement initiatives
- Proactively manage financial risks and operational bottlenecks
- Support regional expansion and new market entry initiatives
5) Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and develop a regional finance team across multiple countries
- Build capability, strengthen succession planning, and raise performance standards
- Foster a strong finance culture focused on accountability and business impact
6) Systems, Controls & Transformation
- Drive finance process standardization across the region
- Lead SAP optimization and system enhancement initiatives
- Strengthen financial controls and governance frameworks
- Support automation and reporting improvements for better visibility and speed
Key Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
- Professional qualification (ACCA / CPA / CA) or MBA preferred
- 15+ years of experience in finance, ideally within FMCG or manufacturing
- Strong exposure to plant/factory finance and operational environments
- Regional experience covering multi-country or APAC scope
- Strong understanding of costing, inventory, CAPEX, and working capital management
- Proven experience partnering closely with operations and supply chain teams
- Prior leadership experience managing regional or multi-site finance teams
- Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
