Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Head of Sales to lead regional sales operations and execution, ensuring volume growth and dealer performance across Asia. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on leadership, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute regional sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Monitor sales performance across markets and implement corrective actions where needed.
  • Oversee sales forecasting, planning, and reporting processes for accurate business insights.
  • Support markets in improving dealer sales capability and execution.
  • Ensure consistent application of sales policies, pricing, and incentive structures.
  • Coordinate sales planning for new model launches and lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and HQ teams on go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive dealer engagement programs to enhance retail performance.
  • Analyze market trends and provide actionable recommendations for growth.
  • Represent the regional office in strategic discussions and cross-functional projects.

The Successful Applicant


We are looking for a senior commercial leader with strong regional experience and automotive expertise.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline; MBA is a plus.
  • 10-15 years of experience in automotive sales or related field.
  • Proven track record in regional or multi-market sales operations and dealer management.
  • Strong hands-on capability in sales execution and performance management.
  • Ability to translate strategy into actionable sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work under pressure with a strong sense of ownership.
