Job Description

Objective:

As part of thenew design, Global HR Service Delivery will be supported bya regionalservice management layer (inAsia, and likely also in Europe).

The primaryobjective of the Regional Service Manager is toensurereliable and efficientHRIT servicesthat are continually improving, andthat enhancesemployee experiences, enables efficient HR processes and providesbest value to our HR clients.

KeyResponsibilities:

Will be responsible for managing the IT services for the respective region, delivered by global HR teams and/or regional teams (internally and externally)

Track, measure and improve key service metrics/KPIs:

oTickets within Application SLAs / KPIs

oUSAT / CSAT for the target customerpopulation.

oEfficiency of services, such as first time right,cycle times, and similar KPIs

Will be responsiblefor keycustomerpopulation comprising FC employees, HR Shared service Center (SSC) associates,Opco HR.

Will beco-own& manage the roadmap for localservices/applicationswith RFC productowners, which might also include small projects to convertto global standard services.

Will be expected to perform supplier management on behalf FCfor regional services/applications, as well as financial management.

Will bereporting to FC Global Servicemanager andworking closely withRFCproductowners (regionally and globally).

Focusespro-active approach tocontinually improving the services.

Mandatory Skill Requirements and Experience:

8 to 10 years of experience in servicedeliverymanagement. Ideally within HR processes areas with SAP Successfactors as platform.

Shall havegood practicalunderstanding of ITSM principles& ITIL framework.

Should beself-driven& shall exhibit leadership skills.

Shallhave strong communication skills to enableeffectivemanagement ofstakeholders/clientsin a complex/matrixed organization.

Proficient with MS office tools.
