A fast-growing international organisation is seeking an experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to support business growth across Asia and partner closely with senior leaders on strategic people initiatives.
This role is suited for an HR professional who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving complex people challenges, and building scalable HR practices across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance.
- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, and people strategy.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, HR policies, and immigration requirements.
- Drive employee engagement, performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to deliver a consistent employee experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6–8+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager role.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Employment Act.
- Experience across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred: Experience in FinTech, Financial Services, Forex, Crypto, Technology, or multinational organisations, with exposure to regional HR operations, HRIS (Darwinbox, Deel, etc.), immigration, and HR analytics.
