Responsibilities
- Develop layout plans, 3D visuals, and full technical drawings for international outlets.
- Ensure all drawings comply with brand standards and local regulations.
- Maintain design guidelines, templates, and detail libraries for cross-market use.
- Review franchisee design proposals for brand alignment and technical feasibility.
- Provide design support to regional teams and assist in design localization.
- Ensure all submissions meet required visual, technical, and formatting standards.
- Assist in documentation management, version control, and workflow improvements.
- Coordinate with Ops, Marketing, and Construction teams on design-related matters.
- Support onboarding and training on design standards for new regional members or franchisees.
Requirements
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
- Min 2 years experience in retail/F&B/commercial design.
- Experience with regional or franchise projects is a plus.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop/Illustrator; construction detailing knowledge required.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, with strong communication skills across countries/time zones.
