JOB PURPOSE (Brief summary of the position i e why the position exists)

Founded as an eCommerce enabler in 2016 we have rapidly expanded to manage a brand portfolio with offices in Jakarta, Ho Chi Minh City, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Bangkok and Iloilo.
We provide a full e-commerce enabler service including content & creativity, live chat, e-distribution, technology integration and warehouse fulfilment. Our partners include Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, Ninja Van, Zalora, Redmart , Tiki, Tokopedia and Qoo10.
Reporting to the Chief eCommerce, the Regional Key Account Director (RKA D ) owns and grows a portfolio of regional and multi-market strategic accounts, primarily within CPG and consumer brands. This role is accountable for driving commercial growth, solution adoption, and long-term partnerships by translating regional eCommerce strategies into strong local execution.
The RKA D acts as the single regional point of accountability across markets, working closely with country teams and regional capability functions to deliver profitable, scalable and high-impact solutions for clients.
Regional Client Leadership & Growth
- Own a portfolio of strategic regional and multi-country accounts, acting as the primary executive sponsor for client relationships.
- Lead regional Joint Business Planning (JBP), multi-year growth roadmaps and quarterly performance governance with senior client stakeholders.
- Drive account expansion across countries, categories and solution areas, including identifying whitespace and new monetisation opportunities.
Commercial Ownership & Profitability
- Own regional revenue targets, Net New Revenue (NNR ) and contribution margin (CM1) performance for assigned accounts.
- Lead commercial negotiations on pricing models, scopes, renewals and expansion deals in partnership with Finance and Operations.
- Ensure growth is delivered with sustainable cost-to-serve and strong operational scalability.
Solution & Strategy Leadership
- Translate client business priorities into integrated eCommerce and growth strategies across marketplaces, D2C (where applicable), omnichannel and cross-border.
- Champion adoption of ADA's industry-led solutions including digital shelf, retail media, livestream & affiliate commerce, CRM, data & analytics, and supply chain enablement.
- Partner with Industry Leads, Media, Tech and Data teams to continuously evolve client value propositions.
Regional–Local Orchestration
- Align regional strategies with country execution plans, ensuring clear accountability and consistent ways of working.
- Resolve cross-market prioritisation , resourcing and execution conflicts to protect client outcomes.
- Drive best-practice sharing and standardisation across markets for assigned accounts.
Executive Stakeholder Management
- Build trusted relationships with C-suite and senior regional decision makers on the client side.
- Represent ADA in executive business reviews, regional steering committees and strategic planning sessions.
- Manage escalations with a solutions -driven, partnership-first mindset.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
- Provide leadership and coaching to KAMs and country account leads on assigned accounts.
- S et high standards for account planning, performance management and client engagement.
- Contribute to succession planning and development of future regional commercial leaders.
