Regional Learning & Development Manager
We are looking for a Regional Learning & Development Manager to design and deliver world-class learning experiences that lift the capability and performance of our frontline and commercial teams across our Southeast Asia markets - Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. This role is ideal for a high-energy, delivery-obsessed L&D leader who thrives in fast-paced field sales and FMCG environments and loves turning complex business needs into simple, powerful learning with a good measure of coaching!
What you will do
- Architect, design and deliver engaging onboarding, functional and behavioural learning journeys for field and head office audiences, using blended, digital and gamified formats.
- Leverage AI and LXP tools (e.g. Gnowbe, AI authoring, multimedia and quizzes) to rapidly develop high-impact, learner-centric content.
- Lead end-to-end execution of multi-regional training calendars, facilitating energising virtual and in-person sessions and running Train-the-Trainer programmes for regional trainers.
- Build robust assessments, pre/post tests and RAG impact analysis to prove behaviour change, move red performers to amber/green and link learning to business KPIs and productivity.
- Own project tracking and reporting across all L&D initiatives, ensuring milestones, quality and timelines are consistently met.
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of regional trainers, while partnering closely with business heads and HRBPs to solve real business problems through learning.
What you bring
- 7–8 years experience in L&D with a strong focus on design, content development and delivery, ideally within FMCG, trade marketing or field sales.
- Proven strength in instructional design, adult learning, and blended learning, with creativity to build engaging, practical learning that sticks
- Hands-on experience using AI-based authoring tools and LXPs, plus strong skills in Google Suite.
- A track record of driving measurable learning impact, using assessments, data and dashboards to continuously improve programmes
- Resilience under pressure, comfort with tight timelines, and the ability to juggle competing priorities while maintaining high standards.
- Experience leading or mentoring trainers or facilitators across regions.
