About Our Client
An established multinational FMCG organization is currently looking for a Leader to lead and transform their end-to-end supply chain. This is a high-impact leadership role.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple APAC manufacturing sites.
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans aligned with regional business objectives.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and Operational Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Build and coach a strong senior leadership team across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, logistics, procurement, and HSE functions.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and employee engagement.
- Lead capital investment planning and execution to support growth, automation, compliance, and operational capability.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, ensuring consistent performance improvement across all locations.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to standardise processes, systems, and best practices.
- Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive organisational transformation, change management, and capability development across the region.
The Successful Applicant
- Degree-qualified, ideally within Engineering
- Proven success leading operations within the FMCG manufacturing environment
- Regional exposure is a plus
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong background in manufacturing, engineering and supply chain
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience in managing plant P&L
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
