Our client is a well-established global health & wellness group looking for a Regional / Overseas Marketing Manager (Offline) to drive brand and product growth across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Product & Portfolio Strategy
- Lead market positioning, strategic planning, and value optimisation across the full product lifecycle
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate resources and maximise product impact
Promotion & Advertising
- Deliver effective promotion and advertising strategies to strengthen brand awareness and accelerate sales growth
Content Marketing
- Develop high-impact, consumer-centric content tailored to target audiences
- Build long-term engagement and strong customer relationships through value-driven messaging
Consumer Insights
- Analyse consumer behaviour, attitudes, and lifestyle trends across markets
- Translate insights into actionable marketing and product strategies
Pricing & Commercial Strategy
- Develop pricing and service strategies to optimise marketing effectiveness and revenue performance
Brand Building
- Build differentiated brand value and sustainable competitive advantages
- Strengthen brand awareness among business partners and end consumers across overseas markets
Requirements:
- 8+ years of marketing experience, with regional/overseas marketing exposure strongly preferred
- Minimum 4 years in a people management/team leadership role
- Strong creativity with proven experience in hit content creation and best-selling product launches
- Solid understanding of multi-channel marketing, product planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle management
- Direct selling / MLM industry experience is a strong advantage
