SCOPE OF ROLE:
As a Regional Marketing & Partnership Manager, you will will play a pivotal role in enhancing the Company&aposs visibility, reputation, and market presence across SEA and other regions assigned to you. He/she will lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage target audiences, and contribute to the Company&aposs growth objectives. He/she will be a driving force behind Plaza Premium Group&aposs marketing success, orchestrating innovative campaigns, nurturing media relationships, fostering initiatives on marketing partnership and contributing to the brand&aposs growth trajectory.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop marketing strategies
- Develop market research plans and review research findings to support the development of marketing strategies and plans.
- Review potential target markets for market segmentation.
- Propose marketing channels to reach target customers and market segments.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to develop marketing strategies and plans.
- Assist to develop, implement, promote and publicize programmes and/or special events .designed to attract and meet the needs of markets targeted by the Commercial and Marketing Department.
Manage brand equity
- Develop strategies to enhance brand reputation and achieve positive brand equity.
- Website and social medias content update and monitoring.
Manage marketing campaigns and events
- Develop design concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.
- Develop marketing campaign plans that are aligned with brand and marketing strategies.
- Conceptualize marketing collaterals according to marketing themes and review editorial content, design layout and printing specifications for production.
- Monitor production and distribution of marketing collaterals and paraphernalia.
- Manage execution of marketing campaigns and media-related activities and events.
- Develop measures to enhance customer experience across traditional, digital platforms and customer touch points.
- Develop measures to improve future marketing campaigns based on identified areas of Improvement.
Manage stakeholders relationship
- To develop and maintain strong relationship with Airport Authority, Tourism Board and Travel Offices.
Partnership Strategy & Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partnersagencies, brands, media outlets, influencers, or community organization to support marcom objectives.
- Negotiate partnership agreements (sponsorships, co-branding, collaborations) with mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain active relationships with partners: coordinate campaigns, manage expectations, and ensure brand alignment.
Manage human resources, finance, report management and continuous improvement
- Review marketing reports to monitor and report marketing achievements.
- Support budget forecasting processes for the department.
- Manage financial budgets in accordance with departmental work plans.
- Evaluate new technology applications to spur innovation in customer engagement and experience.
- To explore potential sales and marketing partnership for the country / region.
Others
- To ensure that all marketing and partnerships, including on and offline, adhere to the data protection legislations
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Marketing or any related disciplines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating and developing integrated marketing programs with a minimum of 5 years&apos experience preferably gained from in-house marketing communications team in sizable firms or multinational companies.
- Meticulous, excellent time management and a good multitasker.
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in Advanced PowerPoint, Excel and Photoshop.
- Working experience from at least Hospitality/F&B/Aviation Industry is a must to apply for this job.
- Travel may be required.
