Role Overview

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist who possesses both marketing savvy and operational excellence. As the central hub of the regional marketing team, you will lead the end-to-end execution of B2B and omnichannel marketing initiatives. It is a key marketing position that requires you to understand market objectives and control the quality of deliverables. You will operate within a highly regulated corporate environment, using your project management skills to ensure that creative marketing activitiesfrom offline trade shows to digital campaignsare delivered efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Marketing Execution (Core Focus)

  • End-to-End Project Leadership: Lead the execution of regional B2B trade shows, product launches, seminars, and digital campaigns. You are not just tracking dates; you are controlling the quality of marketing deliverables to ensure they meet brand standards.
  • Regional Coordination: Ensure that Global/Regional brand strategies are executed consistently across different local markets, while adapting tactically to meet local needs where necessary.
  • On-Site Management: Travel to key regional events to serve as the On-site Lead. Manage construction vendors and execution teams on the ground to solve real-time issues and ensure perfect event delivery.

End-to-End Process Management (The Enabler)

  • Process Compliance: Navigate the full lifecycle of internal processesfrom Project Initiation -> Budget Approval -> Procurement/Bidding -> Delivery -> Acceptance (UAT) -> Payment.
  • Vendor & Quality Control: Source and manage marketing suppliers (Creative Agencies, Event Builders, etc.). You must assess the creative capability and delivery quality of vendors, ensuring the budget is utilized effectively.
  • Budget & Risk Management: Meticulously manage project budgets and handle the necessary paperwork (PR/PO creation, Invoicing). You are expected to anticipate and resolve process bottlenecks that could threaten project launch dates.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Act as the liaison between Marketing and internal functional departments (Procurement, Finance, Legal). Use professional communication to drive complex approval processes and clear roadblocks for marketing activities.
  • Organizational Discipline: Without relying on complex PM software, proactively establish clear project timelines and trackers (using Excel/PPT) to keep all stakeholders aligned on progress and risks.

Requirements

Experience:

  • 1-3years of experience in Marketing or Marketing Project Management. Experience in a Marketing function is a must (not just IT/Engineering PM).
  • Fresh Graduate is welcomed to apply.
  • Experience in the B2B sector and MNC (Multinational Corporation) environments is essential. You must be comfortable working within matrix organizations and strict compliance frameworks.

Professional Skills:

  • Marketing Understanding: Knowledge of event management, production materials (collaterals), and basic digital marketing logic. You must have the judgment to determine if a vendor's delivery is on brand and high quality.
  • Process Navigation: You do not shy away from processes but know how to leverage them. You have the patience and attention to detail required to handle budget and procurement compliance.
  • Tool Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to independently create professional project schedules, trackers, and reporting decks.

Soft Skills:

  • Result-Oriented: Even when facing tedious internal procedures, you remain focused on the ultimate goal: launching the campaign on time.
  • Problem Solver: When processes get stuck, you find ways to coordinate and solve the issue rather than waiting for instructions.
  • Adaptability: Willing to travel occasionally and manage projects across different cities/regions.
