About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Partner Manager to drive and expand our partner ecosystem across Southeast Asia (SEA). Based in Singapore, this regional role will focus on developing strong relationships with key partners, driving joint business growth, and collaborating with global partner and marketing teams to execute regional go-to-market initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships across the SEA region to drive business growth and market expansion
- Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners, resellers, and alliance partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders and executive leadership teams
- Drive partner-led pipeline generation, sales opportunities, and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with global partner, sales, and marketing teams to align regional strategies and execute joint campaigns
- Develop and implement partner business plans, performance metrics, and growth initiatives
- Conduct regular partner reviews to assess performance and identify new business opportunities
- Provide market intelligence and partner feedback to support business and product strategies
- Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary training, resources, and tools to succeed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 12 years of experience in partner management, channel sales, business development, alliance management, or related roles within the SaaS or software technology industry
- Proven experience managing regional partner ecosystems across Southeast Asia
- Strong understanding of SaaS business models, software solutions, and channel sales strategies
- Experience working with global partner and marketing teams in a matrix organization
- Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regional environment
