Role: Regional Payroll Associate
Job Description:
The Regional Payroll function delivers centralized services for over 10 countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Ownthe Process:Manage end-to-end payroll for at least 3 countries using a payroll system.
- DriveAccuracy & Compliance: Validate calculations, reconcile payroll, and ensure alignmentwith statutory regulations and company policies.
- DeliverInsights:Prepare payroll reports, tax filings, statutory submissions.
- KeepUs Organized:Maintain clear documentation for processes, approvals, and pay advice.
- Innovate& Improve:Contribute to HR projects that simplify work and drive automation.
- Bethe Expert:Advise stakeholders on payroll procedures, statutory contributions, andincome tax matters.
Job Requirements
- Atleast 1 year of payroll experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor'sdegree in Business, HR, Mathematics, or Accounting.
- Strongnumerical skills and attention to detail.
- Independent,organized, and time conscious.
- Ateam player with a growth mindset and appetite to learn.
Remuneration
- Basic salary: RM3,000 - 3,800
