Job Summary
We are looking for a tech-savvy Regional Performance Marketing Specialist to independently manage paid acquisition campaigns for Malaysia while supporting Vietnam with cross-regional ad operations when needed.
This role is centered on AI-powered, efficiency-driven marketing. You will leverage advanced AI tools to rapidly create high-converting ad copy, graphics, and short-form video assets, maximizing campaign performance and cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Independent Paid Ads Operations: Own the setup, budget pacing, cross-platform targeting, and end-to-end optimization of ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google (Search/ GDN/ YouTube), and TikTok.
- AI-Powered Copywriting: Leverage AI software (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper) to generate compelling, targeted ad copy designed for multi-segment audiences at scale.
- High-Speed Creative Automation: Produce ad graphics and short-form video assets using Canva AI, Creatify, AdCreative.ai, etc., maintaining a robust creative pipeline for ongoing A/B testing.
- Technical Metric Optimization: Routinely monitor CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA indicators to safeguard regional budget allocations and maximize return on ad spend.
- Stay abreast of evolving media platform algorithms and emerging AI-driven marketing technologies.
Who We Want:
- Experience: 2–3 years of specialized experience handling conversion-focused paid acquisition channels. The ability to launch campaigns entirely unassisted is mandatory.
- AI Tool Proficiency (High Priority): Documented practical usage or a proactive mastery of AI tools (Canva AI, ChatGPT, Creatify, AdCreative.ai) to expedite high-quality creative workflows.
- Testing & Analytical Mindset: Strong affinity for data with solid knowledge of A/B testing methods across targets, placements, and ad creatives.
- Self-Sufficiency: Highly reliable at maintaining numbers and lead volume requirements independently with minimal oversight.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent English
