Location: MAlaysia
Experience: 2–5 Years
We are looking for a dynamic Procurement Specialist with strong regional sourcing and supplier management experience to drive strategic procurement initiatives across assigned regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute regional sourcing strategies
Lead RFQ / RFP / RFI activities and supplier negotiations
Drive cost savings, supplier performance, and risk management
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and regional stakeholders
Ensure procurement compliance, governance, and sustainability standards
Track procurement KPIs, spend analysis, and sourcing performance
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
Experience in procurement / strategic sourcing
Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or similar procurement tools
Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
Strong analytical and communication abilities
Mandarin proficiency preferred
