We're partnering with a leading international organization that's expanding its Global Product Compliance team and is looking for an experienced
Product Compliance Manager to oversee compliance operations across several international markets.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and coach a regional Product Compliance team across multiple countries.
- Oversee product registration, licensing and regulatory compliance activities to ensure products are launched on time.
- Partner closely with Buying, Business and cross-functional stakeholders to support new product launches.
- Resolve complex compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory matters.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives and operational excellence across the region.
- Monitor compliance risks, reporting and KPIs while continuously improving team performance.
What we're looking for:- 8-10+ years of Product Compliance / Regulatory Affairs experience
- Strong people management experience.
- Proven track record in driving process improvements or strategic initiatives.
- Experience working with regulatory requirements across consumer products or other regulated industries.
- Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Mandarin proficiency (spoken, written and reading) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
