To grow and develop a specific product line, implementing an incisive penetration strategy in the market, in coordination with the business development plan agreed with the Regional Director and the Corporate Product Line Managers. To increase the product line market share, by following the guidelines of the Corporate Product Line Managers and by working in close cooperation with them.
Responsibilities
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders in setting the strategy for the growth and development of the product line and in defining the price positioning of the products in line with the market expectation, and in selecting the appropriate distribution channels.
• Prepares and periodically updates the market study for the product line, analyses and identifies new market opportunities in order to estimate potential sales.
• Provides technical support to the Local product Line Managers sales force, participating in customer's visits, promoting the products, identifying the most appropriate solutions and carrying out training activities on their correct application.
• Periodically reviews the sales results of the area of responsibility, in order achieve the expected and budgeted sales targets for the product line.
• Is responsible for the introduction of new products through an effective launch strategy, for the product testing and for the development of the related technical documentation and packaging.
• Development of new products for the local market, including the verification of the products parameters and formulation during the industrial product testing, in accordance with the local assessment, National or International Norms or specific requirements of customers and local Public Authorities.
• Develops and grows a network of sector specialist technicians (e.g. opinion leaders, university professors, association academies etc.).
