Regional Programme Lead(Malaysian Only)

The Regional Programme Lead ASIA is responsible for managing and enhancing global procurement programmes across the Asia region, including Travel, Meetings & Events, Contingent Labour, and Corporate Card programmes. The role oversees managed service providers (MSPs), drives operational excellence, supports programme expansion, and ensures a positive user experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage regional programme operations and supplier performance.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Lead change management, training, communication, and programme adoption initiatives.
• Identify and implement process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
• Support incident and crisis management affecting employees and travellers.
• Collaborate across global, regional, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value.

Ideal candidate:

• 6+ years of experience in global travel, contingent labour, or programme management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and supplier management skills.
• Experienced in change management, process optimization, and working in global, multicultural environments.
• Familiarity with VMS platforms such as Fieldglass or Beeline is advantageous.
