Regional Project Management | Data Centre & Cable Landing Station (CLS) Design & Build)

Our capabilities in Submarine Cable Installation and Marine Maintenance comprises installation and repair of deep and shallow water fibre-optic cable systems, shore end installation, engineering and subsea surveys.

We are seeking an experienced Regional Project Manager to strengthen the Project Management Office by driving governance, standardisation, and performance visibility across multiple Data Centre and Cable Landing Station (CLS) construction projects. This role is critical in enhancing project controls, reporting quality, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery. You will also play a key role in improving business processes, tools, and overall project execution.

What you will be doing:

  • Support governance, reporting, and project controls and tracking across multiple Data Centre and Cable Landing Station (CLS) construction projects regionally
  • Develop and maintain standardised dashboards, including costing, project reports, schedules, trackers to provide accurate project visibility.
  • Ensure consistency in KPIs and performance across all projects
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineering, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and support successful project delivery.
  • Consolidate project data and prepare management reports to support decision-making and executive reporting.
  • Monitor project risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution where appropriate.
  • Drive continuous improvement by standardising PMO processes, templates, reporting, and project governance practices.
  • Support project governance activities, including project audits, portfolio reporting, and compliance with internal processes.
  • Manage clients or external stakeholders on project progress

What you should have:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Controls, Project Management, Construction Management, or related disciplines such as PMO.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Strong experience supporting Data Centre, Cable Landing Station (CLS), telecommunications infrastructure, mission-critical facilities, building construction, or EPCC projects.
  • Proven experience in project planning, project controls, scheduling, cost control, reporting, dashboards, and portfolio performance management.
  • Strong understanding of construction project governance, risk management, change management, and structured project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience working closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Engineering, Design, Procurement, Commercial, Construction, and Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and senior management.
  • High proficiency in analytical thinking, with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Experience driving process improvement, standardisation, business transformation or digitalisation initiatives is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in project management and reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, Power BI, or similar.
